Henry Ferreira had been squeezing four exotic cars into his three-car garage for years. \u201cI suddenly realized that I needed to build something bigger. However, I never intended it to be this big.\u201d Ferreira Said.<\/p>\n

Earlier last year, Ferreira did something that he had been dreaming of all his life. He built his dream car garage; complete with 65 pot lights, granite floors and 2 glass garage doors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cI built a 3,000 square-foot car garage. I believe it has many unique elements and its nothing like anything I\u2019ve ever seen before.\u201d Ferreira said.<\/p>\n

Ferreira admits that 3,000 square-feet is a large amount of space for a car garage. He originally planed for 1,000 square feet; however, Ferreira said, \u201cIt just kept growing\u201d<\/p>\n

Ferreira is a member of three major GTA exotic car clubs, where he participates in various rallies across North America. \u201cI\u2019ve always had a passion for cars and driving. I\u2019ve always wanted to be a race car driver.\u201d Ferreira said.<\/p>\n

When he purchased his Ferrari 458 Italia, the collection kept growing. Maria Inacio has been married to Ferreira for 25 years. She said that, \u201c Once he joined the car clubs his passion began to grow. It\u2019s something we participate in every Sunday. Attending rallies and meeting the club, you get to know a lot of people with the same interests.\u201d<\/p>\n

Inacio also said that once you join the club it\u2019s hard not to want to buy more cars. \u201cYou constantly see newer and faster cars each week. Many members coordinate their car according to the event.\u201d Inacio said.<\/p>\n

Ferreira\u2019s family was having issues with his cars being in their garage. When he was squeezing four cars into the garage the family was unable to store anything else in the garage. They explained that building an alternate car garage was the best decision for their family.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Many may question what Ferreira will do with 3,000 square feet of space. Inacio explained that the garage can also be used as a venue as well. \u201c We hosted Henry\u2019s 50th<\/sup> birthday party within the garage. We invited 200 people to help us celebrate his birthday.\u201d<\/p>\n

One thing the Ferreira family is looking forward to this year is the Ace Spade Rally North American Tour. \u201c We went last summer and completely enjoyed every second.
